The past is a construct of the mind glued to your timeline. You live a series of moments, they are instants, opportunities and in all of this you do your best. The big problem is that you face daily opportunities with that baggage, with the experience you have. But even if it were the same experience, today you are different. But you go back and retrieve reactions-actions from back then, which are nothing more than memories, distorted by now. It's not real, just sensations filtered from that moment. You can't live a life of wrong projections. Why do I say wrong? Because they no longer have value and they no longer have truth, face everyday things with the lightness they require even in moments that seem difficult, only because you have this archive of behavioral reactions-actions and judgments. Everyone has a destiny that manifests itself daily in the form of small difficulties. They are never big. Everything is exaggerated because emotions do this, they amplify. If you understand this, you understand everything I'm trying to make you understand and experience. Always enjoy everything that comes, there is no tragedy except in your attachment to your projection, wrong memories, distorted sensations. Open the eyes of consciousness and experience. The transitional time in this matter is not that much.
