4320 x 5760px PNG @altgnon -- Minted for Flannel Collective’s ‘From Thought To Form’ Foundation World Exhibition, March 2023. This token acts as the starting point (the THOUGHT) for an artwork process performance. The piece will be worked upon daily during the first two weeks of the exhibition and the process will be documented on Twitter (@altgnon) and altgnon.art. Random seed data (numbers and letters) will be taken from every other artist’s piece in the exhibition and this will be used to guide the manual/digital artwork process from a series of prompt lists, colours and elements. The decision process will be decentralised. The process is the key part of the piece, the journey from thought to form. After every artwork has interacted with this piece, a final FORM token will be minted two weeks into the exhibition (see below). It will be airdropped to the buyer of this THOUGHT token. The owner will end up with two tokens documenting the start and the finish of this process. This artwork references the curation, the artwork interaction and the in situ work from "Live In Your Head: When Attitudes Become Form" exhibition, curated by Harald Szeemann in 1969, which served as a touchstone for the 'From Thought To Form' Flannel Collective exhibition.
